So I gained .2 lb, which is pretty good
hopefully no stall.
Breakfast: Vanilla coffee, apple
Lunch: egg white omelet, onion and peppers
Dinner: stir fried steak w/ onions and peppers
(1 bite of rice pilaf) I couldn't help myself.
