Ok so I had kep the weight off for 4 years. then I got FAT AND HAPPY litterally!
I am up about 25 lbs. so before this gets crazy I am back on the diet.
I am blogging my meals on the Main page. so I will not be updating this page daily as it will just be redundant.

Aug 27 (Load Day) McDonalds breakfast bisquit and a Breakfast burrito, 1 strawberry/banana smoothie. - coffee & apple turn over - eggplant parm & ziti - iced tea - CC cookie & soy milk - Fried clams, onion rings, fries, clam chowder & clam cakes.
Aug 28 (Load Day 2) Tomatoe Juice, coffee - 2 lb lobster w/butter, baked potato w/butter & sour cream, 2 glasses white wine - corn on the cob w/butter - french bread w/butter - tiramisu - corn chips w/guacamole.
.Aug 29 (VLCD Day 1) Apple - Spinach "salad" w/ shrimp & ACV - cabbage steamed w/grilled chicken, strawberries & stevia in the raw.
Aug 30 1/2Grapefruit w/stevia, coffee - lettuce & tomato, grilled chicken - onion & spinach, grilled steak - baked apple.
Aug 31 1/2grapefruit w/ stevia, coffee - onion & spinach, grilled chicken w/ cajun spices. *stir fried "rice" w/Shrimp. (see recipe* rice is actualy cabbage)
Sept 1 1/2 apple, - grilled chicken and romain lettuce, 1/2 apple - shrimp & sauted tomato w/spices, strawberries w/ stevia.
Sept 2 1/2 grapefruit - grilled beef marinated in LA, grilled asparagus w/lemon - Tomato *soup, grilled chicken - sliced apple.
Sept 3 1/2 grapefruit - Tomato *soup, grilled chicken, melba toast - spicy beef lettuce wraps, *baked apple.
Sept 4 coffee, 1 egg & 2 egg whites fried with red peppers, beef 4 oz, lettuce, asparagus, coffee.
Sept 5 coffee, 1/2 grapefruit, shrimp stir fried w/spinach, cream of chicken soup*, baked apple*.

Sept18: Coffee, apple, - Steak & tomato - Party: Shrimp 8?, celery sticks 8, 3 dips into salsa, 6 strawberries, lots of seltzer water w/Lemon.
Sept 19: Coffee - egg w/3 eggwhites, scrambled w/spinach, Apple - fish sauted with Kale and navy beans. pushed off the navy beans only ate the Kale & fish. (ok maybe 4 beans slipped in)
Sept 20: Yellow apple, coffee - fish, lettuce 1 slice tomato - Chicken w/ aparagus, Strawberries
Sept 21: Green apple, coffee - steak w/ lettuce & 1 slice tomato - Chicken sauted w/cabbage
Sept 22: Coffee, Red delicious apple - Steak w/ raw spinach - Fish & lettuce, Apple

Sept 24: NI - Fuji apple, Coffee - Salad greens, Grilled chicken, ACV - Canned crab meat (yuk), swiss chard, apple

Oct. 1: coffee, Strawberries - Salad, hard boiled eggs (1 whole, 2 whites only) ACV & dijon mustard - Roast Beef & Asparagus.
Oct 2: Coffee, Lemon water - Tomato stuffed w/3 oz tuna - 2 chicken legs, broiled, lettuce & cucumber (took a bite of mashed pot.)
Oct 3: NI -(Big E) chicken sausage coffee - kettle corn - shish-k-bob, diet soda - steak, tomato, corn on the cob, rice & beans, 1 chocolate chip cookie (BAD KIM!)
Oct 4: NI forgot -(up 2 lbs) Apple Day - Cinnamon coffee, 1 apple brkfst, 1 apple lunch, 3 oz steak & apple dinner.
Oct 5: Coffee, Stawberries - shrimp & luttuce ACV - chicken & Cabbabe sauted in chix broth - apple.
Oct 6: 1/2 grapefruit - grilled chicken & mixed lettuce ACV - Chicken leg, tomato & cucumber ACV
Oct 7: apple - salad w/egg & dijon mustard (1 whole egg 2 egg white) - Shrimp & spinach
Oct 8: stalled at 208 for 3 days. Apple Day today. 1 apple brkfst, 1 apple lunch, 1 apple snack, 1 apple dinner.
Oct 9: (down 2 lb) - apple w stevia & cinnamon - "riced" cabbage & shimp stir fry - Steak & spinach, apple
Oct 10: NI - Strawberries - Salad w grilled shrimp - busy day, can't remember dinner
Oct 11: NI - 1 C grapefruit sections - Shrimp, baby spinach - Steak & Cabbage.
Oct 12: NI - coffee - grilled chicken & salad ACV , apple - hamburger, spinach & cabbage, Apple
Oct 13: Phase 3!
BACK ON Phase 2: .5cc injections - 150IUs
Nov 25 - Load Day - Thanksgiving
Nov 26 - Load Day
Nov 27 - (forgot injection) did a 3rd Load day.
Nov 28 - Day 1 VLCD - had no fruit in the house. 3 oz Turkey 1 C lettuce - 3.5 oz beef, 1 C cabbage, 1/2 tomato (instead of fruit)
Nov 29 - Coffee, 1/2 grapefruit w/stevia - 3.5 oz grilled chicken, lettuce - 3.5 oz fish, aparagus & apple.
