Best of Intentions - Weekends are HARD.

So I am home all day, with my evil Carboholic self. - I have the best of intentions..but sometimes I spontanious give in, then kick myself later.
I didn't do too badly, homemade yogurt and fresh peaces with stevia for Breakfast. and pumpkin coffee. however for lunch I ate blue corn chips and spinach dip.  I guess it could have been worse.

Photo: Snack: red Kiwi and star fruit
Today's snack, red kiwi and star fruit.

Went grocery shopping and decided to try new fruits, I bought red kiwi, asian pears, and star fruit.
The red kiwi was a little bitter. but love the star fruit.
I also bought, a whole pinapple, and gala apples.

LOTS of veggies (fresh spinach, zuccini, summer squash, red onions, cabbage, bok choy, lettuce, english cucumbers and romain lettuce.)  I completely forgot to get more berries for my homemade yogurt.
Later I am going to make some sugar free jello, and put in some of the pears and apples.

I need to get out and take a nice long walk, however I will probably just wind up running up and down stairs to do laundry.

Last night I made chicken broccoli alfredo.   Tonight will consist of left overs.
Served over NO YOLK egg noodles.
Not the best DIET food, but it is low carb and sugar free.

Lost it, Gained it, Learned alot

So, since July, when I was doing AWESOME and maintaining I have had several things happen that made me relaps into the CARBOHOLIC that I am.
Yes I admit it. and on the 12 steps sometimes I slip down to the bottom.

Recap:  My Uncle Bill died in March, which we sort of expected. Then my Aunt Billie passed the beginning of August, also expected she had been sick for some time. But my Uncle John, her husband was NOT expected, died 3 weeks after her. My mother and I went down to AR for Bill's and John's funerals, we had to miss Aunt Billie's.
That and alot of other STUFF happening, good and bad.

Enough excuses!  I had my fun times of not caring what I ate. I ENJOYED my time in the South as much as one can at a funeral, I got to visit with relatives I hadn't seen in over 10 yrs. and ATE like a southern girl again.
OMG if I lived there I guess I could resist, but on a visit...and this is also NO EXCUSE I could have BEHAVED MYSELF, and still endulged, but I jumped in with BOTH FEET.
CARB GLUTTONY...Suuuwwwweeeee GO HAWGS!
And it continued into my weeks back at home.  Bad Bad Kim.

Ok so here I sit, recognizing that I have a problem, and getting back on the wagon. I am considering doing another round of HCG. But before I start I am going to seriously investigate my addiction.
I am going to cut most of the carbs, and sugar from my diet.
(yesterday I mindlessly ate 1/4 of a gallon of frozen vanilla yogurt. I didn't even enjoy it.)
Geesh!

I am still excersizing, THANK GOD! or I think I would be back at starting weight. as it is, I am up 10 lbs.

THE PLAN:
Cut carbs and sugar to a minimum.
Excersize 4 - 5x per week for 30 min or more
track my caloric intake on Sparkpeople
Weigh in 1 or 2x per week
BLOG ABOUT IT ALL.
Maybe start a food journal with photos.
