I work as an executive assistant, have a fabulous Husband and life would be perfect if I could just learn to budget, get my bills paid and reduce my size by about 60 (edit: 20 more) lb!

Restarted - I am on day 8 of VLCD

I have to get myself to keep up with the blogging.
I will try to post photos of meals.

Brkfst: Apple w/ cinnamon  - 2 cups of coffee w/ a touch of pumpkin spice stevia
Lunch: iceburg lettuce salad w/ some scallions - 1 can swanson chicken breast
Dinner: grilled Talapia 3.5 oz - steamed swiss chard- 1 C
after dinner snack: 1 C strawberry halves.

Up a bit in p3

Holiday eating caught up with me, I am up 3 lbs. for the next 5 days i will eat cleanly on P3.
Salads with full fat dressing and chicken.
Dinner will be meats and veggies only. really watching the carb content and sugars.


Avacado chocolate Pudding:

1 Avacado
4 drops stevia
1/4 Cup cacao powder 
All whipped in a blender.

Exercise is slowing my losses

Weird huh? they say Don't exercise on this protocol, and I see why.
But I really don't have a choice, I have to train for this 2 day walk.
So I am probably going to cut this round short. I will do a full 30 days. then hit P3 and really stick my weight and stabilization.
Then once summer kicks in, I will do a final round.
today I am at 191.8.
I think.

My scale has been acting weird, I changed the battery and still I can step on it several times and get different weights.  I go with what ever one it gives me more than 3x consistently.  it's annoying to be unsure of how I am doing.

I THINK I am down 11 lbs.

I'll take it!

Finally broke the stall

Wasn't really a Stall per se, more of a Time of the Month hold.
I didn't stop taking injections except for one day this time. It didn't seem to make much of a difference except I gained on one day.

I am down 1.2 this morning. Woo Hoo.

I have lost about 10 lbs in 16 days. less than my last round, but I didn't have the TOM hold during that round. Hopefully things will even out with some bigger losses.

But like I tell anyone on this protocol, A LOSS is a LOSS even if it is 0.2 lbs!

WOW it's been a while

So I haven't been blogging on here in a WHILE - so lets get back to it!

I have a Facebook page that I love = HCG Support.
I talk allot there and stopped blogging, but for the sake of myself, an anyone else that wants to follow this protocol, I am going to start keeping better track of thing.

I have kept the weight off for some time. I never did get to GOAL weight but pretty darn close.
I would like to lose that LAST 23 lbs so I am back on the protocol.

In May I am doing the 39 mile walk to end breast cancer. so I want to be at the end of this first round before then so that I don't need to watch what I am eating so closely AND I dont' need to take my HCG with me. So I will be on P3 during the walk, and complete the 2nd round to get to goal after it is over.

At the moment TOM is visiting and I have stalled for 3 days. hopefully tomorrow brings better losses.

I will update again then with current weight and such.

Went on a Mental and Physical BAD Vacation

So I stopped watching what I was eating. Emotions kicked in and instead of using all the tools I have learned over the years about not letting them get the better of me. I decided to act like a child and just not give a damn.
Hubby and I ate out at least once every week, or ordered take-out.
I guess I needed to get it out of my system since I have been GOOD for so long.  Also all this SNOW is depressing! and I didn't feel like cooking or shopping. so I didn't.
In the Month of Feb. we had Wendy's TWICE...( I haven't ordered from a fast food joint in 3 years!)
Pizza twice. KFC..grilled but still KF freakin C!!!!  can you say mashed chemicals in a Styrofoam container topped with fat!!! Yes I think we can!!!   And just last week we had Thai food twice. (ok that wasn't too bad since it is mostly veggies and no MSG, but still I didn't make it)

So this week I got back on the scale and I am up TEN pounds. Yep. My little tantrum and having the attitude of a 5 yo gave me 10 lbs I need to lose.

I am going to Exercise and eat right and see how much I can take off on my own.
I may do another round of HCG. but first I want to see how far I can take this without it.

Don't get me wrong I LOVE the protocol. it works!  But I have heard from allot of ladies that it is REALLY hard to lose weight after the Protocol.
I think it may be that losing weight is JUST HARD no matter what. and we as humans have no patience. so I am going to give it a go, track my food, drink more water and get my BUTT in gear and start some exercise again.

And awaaaaaayyyy we go!!!

OMG I am such a slacker, no new blogs

Ok blog, sorry I was away for the holidays.
I maintained the loss pretty well, was up about 5 lbs from Christmas,  but nothing I can't deal with
I went to start a new round. and yeah I was going along and really felt hungry this time.
So I tested the HCG, it had lost it potency, so mixed a new batch...tested
ARRRRRGGGGGG it was negative.
So I jumped into P3 since I am not taking any hormone.
So angry. But I will order more and this will be my last ROUND as I am only 20 lbs from goal.

Will post some things while waiting for new batch of HCG.

For those in P3, keep an eye on your weight every day. stabilize and track
