Brkfst: Apple w/ cinnamon - 2 cups of coffee w/ a touch of pumpkin spice stevia
Lunch: iceburg lettuce salad w/ some scallions - 1 can swanson chicken breast
Dinner: grilled Talapia 3.5 oz - steamed swiss chard- 1 C
after dinner snack: 1 C strawberry halves.
