At present I am 50 yo, I weigh about 225 lb (edit...down to 185) I am 5' 10" tall; Re-married Mom of 2 wonderful "boys" (24& 25). I work as an executive assistant, have a fabulous Husband and life would be perfect if I could just learn to budget, get my bills paid and reduce my size by about 60 (edit: 20 more) lb!

Exercise is slowing my losses

Weird huh? they say Don't exercise on this protocol, and I see why.
But I really don't have a choice, I have to train for this 2 day walk.
So I am probably going to cut this round short. I will do a full 30 days. then hit P3 and really stick my weight and stabilization.
Then once summer kicks in, I will do a final round.
today I am at 191.8.
I think.

My scale has been acting weird, I changed the battery and still I can step on it several times and get different weights.  I go with what ever one it gives me more than 3x consistently.  it's annoying to be unsure of how I am doing.

I THINK I am down 11 lbs.

I'll take it!
