Lost 6 lbs total
Breakfast: Coffee black, 1/2 grapefruit w/ stevia
Lunch: Romain lettuce, Jennie-O sliced chicken breast, 4 cherry tomatoes
Dinner this was tough I had to attend a pot luck I did my best:
1 chicken leg w/ skin removed. 2 bites of a stuffed shell (so I wouldn't offend the nice lady who insisted I try it) Salad w/ balsamic vinegar and watermelon
