TMI: I was a bit constipated. Drank some smooth move tea with stevia. and that solved that issue the next morning. Love that stuff, and it doesn't taste like butt.
Breakfast: vanilla flavored brewed coffee black, apple
Lunch: Romaine lettuce salad, yellow cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken, ACV dressing
Dinner: Chicken thigh w sautéed spinach and celery
