Lunch: Romaine lettuce, Jennie-O sliced chicken breast, yellow cherry tomatoes
Dinner: cabbage soup w/ chicken, liquid aminos, and FF chicken broth
Dessert: chocolate delight over strawberries

Day 14 VLCD
Annnnnd we are doing great.
I feel fantastic. no hunger at all.
Down 11.8 lbs
Breakfast: vanilla coffee black, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 95% lean ground beef 4 oz Burger, w/ romain lettuce "bun" and cucumber slices
Dinner: 95% lean ground beef chili w/ no sugar added diced tomatoes and chili spices and onion.
Strawberries

Reward TIME!
Ok so I have always given myself nonfood rewards on my journey.
Today is Day 12 of VLCD and I am down 11 lbs. since I have surpassed my mini goal of 10 lbs,
I will buy what Mom's put off buying because "we can do without"
Well not today. I buy....dum dum duuuummmm... New pretty panties!!! (with lace)

Lunch: spinach salad, red onion topped with grilled tilapia
Dinner: Cabbage onion and shrimp sautéed in chicken broth
80 oz of water!

Day 11 VLCD
Moving right along. 217.0
TMI: I was a bit constipated. Drank some smooth move tea with stevia. and that solved that issue the next morning. Love that stuff, and it doesn't taste like butt.
Breakfast: vanilla flavored brewed coffee black, apple
Lunch: Romaine lettuce salad, yellow cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken, ACV dressing
Dinner: Chicken thigh w sautéed spinach and celery

Day 6 VLCD - up .2 lb
Ok so this could be from the sugar free jello, (chemicals or gelatin) or it is from the off plan dinner 2 nights ago. Onward!

Lunch: Apple, Water - I was on the run and couldn't find anything I could safely eat on plan
Dinner: upped my protein due to no lunch

Lost 6 lbs total
Breakfast: Coffee black, 1/2 grapefruit w/ stevia
Lunch: Romain lettuce, Jennie-O sliced chicken breast, 4 cherry tomatoes
Dinner this was tough I had to attend a pot luck I did my best:
1 chicken leg w/ skin removed. 2 bites of a stuffed shell (so I wouldn't offend the nice lady who insisted I try it) Salad w/ balsamic vinegar and watermelon
Breakfast: Coffee black, 1/2 grapefruit w/ stevia

The loading Days...
You would think eating everything you crave all day as much as you want would be a dream.
But I can tell you, it isn't! On Loading days you are required to eat as much as you can all day.
It is suggested you eat the things you think you crave, that you would HATE to give up. For me that is Tiramisu, fried clams, mashed potatoes, butter, whipped cream, Tangaray, Chamborde, and onion rings.
Not necessarily in that order or together. I had allot of those things and I feel GROSS!!

Starting again in 2014.
So I am starting again, yes we all fall off the healthy eating kick and back into bad habits.
But I am not going to STAY there. and keep gaining weight. I am going to catch it, nip it in the bud and get back to being healthy and at a resonable weight.
I just turned 50. the BIG FIVE OH! and I want to be a sexy 50!
