Ok so this could be from the sugar free jello, (chemicals or gelatin) or it is from the off plan dinner 2 nights ago. Onward!
Breakfast: Coffee black
Lunch: Apple, Water - I was on the run and couldn't find anything I could safely eat on plan
Dinner: upped my protein due to no lunch
Onion and cabbage Soup w/ shrimp. 1/2 cup strawberries
