I feel fantastic. no hunger at all.
Down 11.8 lbs
Breakfast: vanilla coffee black, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 95% lean ground beef 4 oz Burger, w/ romain lettuce "bun" and cucumber slices
Dinner: 95% lean ground beef chili w/ no sugar added diced tomatoes and chili spices and onion.
