This is an odd realization... I have finally become one of those people that have sweat obvious on their shirt when they finish a workout. I used to envy those people...thinking why can't I work that hard?
well I finally figured it out...when I started...18 months ago, my body wasn't READY for that. I couldn't workout on the eliptical without getting winded after 10 min. Biking...2 - 5 resista
I had to work up to the being THAT woman...They told me it would come with time...but I am impatient...I thought I am just not good enough. I will never get there.
Today. I was on the bike...resistance 14! for 35 min! sweat dripping down my face...sounds disgusting...but for me, it is a HUGE accomplishment!
18 mon ago I was 47 lbs heavier, my knees hurt all the time. 12 months ago I was flat on my back and needed pain meds.
Today, I now can bike, walk and workout with less pain, I am taking Spin classes that last 45 min. I breath better and I look better in my clothes. I am still lazy, I still don't like excersize, and I still have to fight the urge to binge eat.
But I do it, because they really are right, nothing tastes as good as I feel today.

I can't wait to try some of the products there! I got my package today. I am making mashed fauxtatoes tonight! and maybe make the gluten free/sugar free muffins if it is not too hot in the house tonight.
This site is also very diabetic friendly, which I will push onto my son. :)
