So I took an interuption that turned into a Hiatis.
So Sorry Blog that I neglected you during that time.
But I am BACK and ready to reach that Goal.
I was up a bit...nothing Major, and no where near the 242 I stared at.
So today I am at 208.6. Started at 209.8 loaded for 2days gained 2 lbs and now down 3. Woo Hoo!
Today's eating plan:
Brkfst: Coffee, Apple with cinnamon and stevia
Lunch: steamed talapia over salad. Fat Free/ Sugar free Balsamic vinegrett
Dinner: Chicken grilled, w/ spinach & onion.
Snack: strawberries & stevia
